Garland MCO-E-5-C Description
The Garland MCO-E-5-C half-size electric convection oven is perfect for cooking meats, vegetables, and casseroles on its five racks, which can be adjusted nine different ways if needed. The oven racks are chrome plated, so they will not corrode with extensive use. To monitor food as it cooks, users can look through the thermal window on the front of the door. This design reduces energy costs because the door does not need to be opened as often.
With its stainless steel construction, the Garland MCO-E-5-C single convection oven is built to withstand heavy-duty use. This—along with the porcelain oven cavity—expedites cleaning. To prevent element burnout, the unit includes a two-speed fan and the oven shuts off automatically when temperatures get too high. The temperature is controlled between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using a solid-state thermostat.
