Hoshizaki UR27B-LP Description
Boasting a one-section design, the Hoshizaki UR27B-LP undercounter refrigerator offers ample space for tight-knit kitchens. It’s made of solid stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion through frequent use and provides a 7.21-cubic-foot capacity. This space is separated with one adjustable shelf coated in epoxy and adorned with a stainless steel door that remains open at a 90-degree angle and self-closes at lesser positions. To provide a food-safe environment, this refrigerator maintains set temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit and does so with the help of 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation. Additionally, this unit provides mobility with four 2 1⁄4-inch casters, two of which lock for stability.
The Hoshizaki UR27B-LP reach-in refrigerator operates with a 1⁄6-horsepower motor and self-contained refrigeration located at the rear. It also features an enamel-coated condenser and works with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to dispel any warm air from the storage cabin. Once the air is cooled, an innovative distribution system works to spread the air throughout the entire interior. To promote long-term use, this refrigerator also initiates hot gas condensate, which reverses refrigeration and melts ice buildup.
