The spacious and sturdy design of the Hoshizaki SR72B-18 sandwich top refrigerator's body features three stainless steel doors that grant access to an 18-cubic-foot cavity ideal for storing backups, sauces, and produce. These doors implement a stay-open feature once cracked at 90 degrees and automatically shut at lesser angles for user convenience. Additionally, these sections are each paired with one shelf that can be adjusted in 1/2-inch increments to help maximize essential space. A 72-inch cutting board rests above the storage space, providing line cooks a clean, sturdy surface upon which to make tangy corned beef sandwiches or cobb salads. The top of this station is adorned with a removable stainless steel cover and houses 18 poly pans with 4-inch depths that are suspended over the cool surface with adapter bars. This unit's interior, exterior front, and sides' stainless steel construction ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion, even after heavy use.
