With a storage capacity of 800 pounds, the Hoshizaki KM-1601SWJ/B-800SF ice machine with bin can produce as much as 1,660 pounds of ice in a single day. Because it's constructed of stainless steel, the exterior is resistant to denting and rusting. To keep the unit running smoothly, it features an EverCheck™ system that alerts users of operational problems.
The Hoshizaki KM-1601SWJ/B-800SF ice maker/bin combo produces crescent cube ice, which is great for serving in cocktails, blending smoothies, or selling in bags. It features a self-contained, water-cooled refrigeration system and uses R-404A refrigerant. To maintain optimal ice quality, bacterial growth is inhibited with antimicrobial H-Guard Plus®.
