Inhibiting the growth of problematic bacteria, the Hoshizaki KM-1601SWJ3 ice maker is protected with antimicrobial H-Guard Plus®. Its stainless steel construction is resistant to dents, scratches, and stains, and can be wiped clean. Great for soft drinks, this unit produces versatile crescent-cube ice.
The Hoshizaki KM-1601SWJ3 ice machine features a self-contained, water-cooled refrigeration system. Ideal for busy fast food restaurants and high-volume bars, it has a daily production capacity of 1,671 pounds. Alerting users of operational issues, it features an EverCheck™ system.
