Because of its versatile ice shape and large-scale capacity, the Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ/B-1650SS crescent cube ice maker and bin makes an effective addition to casual restaurants and smoothie bars. Depending on external conditions, the ice maker can produce as much as 1,513 pounds of ice every day, while an antimicrobial agent provides bacteria resistance for the machine's internal parts.
The Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ/B-1650SS ice machine and bin is made of stainless steel, and it is mounted on 6-inch legs that resist corrosion while exposed to water and chemicals for cleaning. Ice is kept in sanitary conditions with the bin's polyurethane liner and antimicrobial scoop. It holds as much as 1,605 pounds of ice, which keeps a restaurant stocked and prepared to deal with busy days.
