The Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ3/B-1650SS ice maker’s 1,513-pound daily production capacity gives dining establishments the ability to keep pace with large amounts of customer traffic. Since it is an air-cooled unit, it makes use of drawn air instead of plumbed water to chill internal components. A popular option for casual dining establishments and common beverages, the unit makes crescent ice.
The Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ3/B-1650SS crescent ice machine has H-GUARD Plus® in its storage bin, helping promote bin sanitation by providing a defense against microbial buildup. Foamed into the bin is polyurethane insulation, which holds in the cold while boosting bin strength. Enabling users to withdraw ice, an 82-ounce scoop is included.
