Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ/B-1300SS Description
Depending on external conditions, the Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ/B-1300SS ice maker and bin can produce as much as 1,513 pounds of ice in 24 hours. It makes crescent cube ice, which is ideal for serving in sodas in casual restaurants and using in blended drinks. Because of its built-in antimicrobial agent, this unit makes ice in sanitary conditions, while its condenser is self-contained and air cooled with R404A refrigerant.
When ice has been made, it is stored in the Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ/B-1300SS ice machine with bin, which is insulated with polyurethane to minimize ice loss and increase energy efficiency. Lined with a polyethylene liner and equipped with a sealed door gasket, the bin resists the accumulation of bacteria.
