Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ3/B-1300SS Description
The Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ3/B-1300SS ice machine makes crescent cubes, which is an excellent beverage complement for diners, burger joints, sports bars, and other casual restaurant venues. Since it is air-cooled, it uses drawn air instead of plumbed water to cool itself. To keep up with high customer traffic, the ice maker produces 1,513 pounds of ice daily.
Providing establishments a sizable amount of storage space, the Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ3/B-1300SS crescent ice maker’s ice storage bin holds 1,304 pounds of ice. The bin’s polyethylene liner enhances unit sanitation, as does its H-GUARD Plus® antimicrobial defense. A set of 6-inch legs give staff members space to reach underneath the machine and perform cleaning duties.
