Depending on temperature conditions, the Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ/B-1150SS ice maker and bin can produce as much as 1,513 pounds of ice in 24 hours. Its antimicrobial agent keep the interior sanitary, while the stainless steel exterior is durable and can be wiped clean. The self-contained condenser is air cooled and uses R404A refrigerant to make large quantities of crescent cube ice.
After ice is made, it is held in the Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ/B-1150SS ice machine with bin that stores as much as 1,148 pounds of ice, which helps restaurants keep up with high demand during the dinner rush. Its exterior is made of sleek stainless steel, and the included ice scoop helps maintain sanitary conditions with an antimicrobial agent.
