In order to give serving staff plenty of usable material, the Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ3/B-1150SS crescent ice maker comes with an ice storage bin capable of holding 1,148 pounds of ice. This bin has a polyethylene liner that increases unit sanitation, as well as H-GUARD Plus® antimicrobial protection. So employees can effectively clean underneath and behind the unit, it has 6-inch legs.
