Providing high-volume establishments with consistent ice access, the bin portion of the Hoshizaki KM-1601SWJ3/B-1150SS ice machine/bin combo has a capacity of 1,148 pounds. Withstanding everyday use, the exterior of this bin, as well as the ice maker, is constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel. To inhibit the growth of mildew and bacteria, it is protected with antimicrobial H-Guard Plus®.
The Hoshizaki KM-1601SWJ3/B-1150SS ice maker and bin produces crescent-cube ice, a style versatile enough to serve in soft drinks or blend into smoothies. Its energy-efficient CycleSaver™ system reduces energy consumption and lengthens unit lifespan by running fewer cycles. This unit uses R-404A refrigerant with a self-contained, water-cooled system.
