Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ3/B-1500SS Description
Helping restaurants keep up with high volumes of customer traffic, the Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ3/B-1500SS ice maker can produce 1,513 pounds of ice a day. It’s an air-cooled unit, which means it employs drawn air to chill internal components instead of plumbed water. Great for burger joints and casual dining venues so it can be paired with common beverages, the maker generates crescent ice.
The Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ3/B-1500SS crescent ice machine’s storage bin is protected by H-GUARD Plus®, which provides antimicrobial protection to help reduce bin contaminants. To increase strength and maintain temperature, its polyurethane insulation is foamed into the bin, while the unit comes with an 82-ounce scoop for ice retrieval.
