Hoshizaki KM-1301SRJZ3 Description
The Hoshizaki KM1301SRJZ3 ice machine head has a stainless steel exterior and evaporator to ensure durability and to resist rust and corrosion. This unit requires a remote condenser and an ice bin, both of which are sold separately, for operation. If the unit is installed in a location with an ambient temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and an incoming water temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit, it can produce up to 1,433 pounds of ice.
The Hoshizaki KM1301SRJZ3 ice maker head is produces crescent cube ice to serve with soft drinks and other beverages. This unit relies on R404A hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cold temperatures. To ensure proper airflow, it is recommended that this unit be given 6 inches of clearance on the top, the rear, and on both sides. To reduce the growth of mold and bacteria in the internal components, this unit is equipped with H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent.
