Wells MOD-100TD Drop-In Hot Food Well w/ (1) Full Size Pan Capacity, 208v/1ph

Operators of the Wells MOD-100TD drop-in hot food well can use the thermostatic controls on a separate front panel to adjust the temperature of the tubular heating elements, depending on the application. This unit can work with wet or dry applications, and when users choose wet applications, the well refills itself automatically and prevents water from flowing backwards. Once cooking is complete, a drain helps users safely empty the hot water.

To retain heat inside the unit, the Wells MOD-100TD drop-in hot food well has insulated aluminum housing with a stainless steel interior that won't corrode after consistent water use. For safety purposes, this unit turns off automatically if the temperature gets to an unsafe level to prevent overheating. It uses WellsLock™ tabs to ease built-in installation.
