Its 18-gauge, type 430 stainless steel top has a satin finish and includes a 1 1⁄2-inch rear upturn to help contain splashes, while the front Stallion Safety Edge creates a smooth working edge. A sound-deadened design helps reduce noise during operation, and the sides are bent down at a 90-degree angle to support alignment with adjacent tables.
To support storage needs, the John Boos UFBLG4830 work table includes a galvanized base with an adjustable undershelf positioned between tubular legs.
