While the John Boos E3S8-1014-10 compartment sink's bowls measure 10 inches long by 14 inches wide by 12 inches deep, its overall dimensions are 35 inches wide by 19 1⁄2 inches deep by 43 3⁄4 inches tall. Meeting most health department requirements for dishwashing methods, this piece of equipment has three compartments. One compartment can be used for washing, one for rinsing, and the last for sanitizing.
