The John Boos 3B16204-1D18R three-compartment sink can be used to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and pans. Users can rest racks of dishes or cutting boards on the built-in 18-inch drainboard located to the right of the sink basins. Inside, the basins' 3⁄4-inch coved corners promote sanitary use; each basin has a die-stamped, 3 1⁄2-inch drain hole to evacuate wastewater after use.
