Imperial ER-4 Description
The Imperial ER-4 NG Elements gas range features a backriser with a shelf to shield surrounding walls and equipment from grease splatter. Balanced on adjustable legs, its 24-inch-wide by 34 1⁄4-inch-deep by 56 1⁄2-inch-high build reduces unwanted shifting, and it uses a 5-inch landing ledge to promote safe transitions on and off the heat. Its stainless steel front has a kick plate that resists deformation through frequent foot and cart contact.
Producing 139,000 BTU, the Imperial ER-4 NG range delivers powerful searing and baking with four cast iron burners and a space saver oven. Its plastic control knobs enable straightforward temperature modification, and individual standing pilots ensure fast ignition. Constructed with an aluminized and porcelainized liner, it minimizes sticking and includes a chrome rack, while the full-width crumb tray contains runoff to keep the surface clean.
