Designed with smooth aluminized and porcelainized interiors, the ovens elevate 18-inch by 26-inch pans on chrome oven racks for uniform heat circulation.
The Imperial ER-10 LP range incorporates a stainless steel front panel with a kick plate to prevent surface damage from repeated impact. Its 5-inch landing ledge creates a transitional space for repositioning hot cookware, while a backriser with a top shelf stores ingredients within comfortable reach.
