Manitowoc Ice IYT1900A Description
Excellent for high-volume locations such as quick-serve restaurants, food courts, and corner stores, the Manitowoc Ice IYT1900A half cube ice machine head can produce 1,965 pounds of ice daily when ambient conditions are favorable. To prevent the overuse of beverage products, the half-dice ice cubes are small enough to fit together tightly inside beverage containers. Finished with DuraTech™ coating, the exterior of the unit withstands heavy use and resists corrosion for an extended lifetime of service.
The Manitowoc Ice IYT1900A half cube ice maker streamlines use and maintenance. Giving users precise control over the unit’s settings, the control panel is icon based and operated through a responsive touchscreen. To perform cleaning procedures and preventative maintenance, a hinged door opens outward from the unit’s front to give the user access to serviceable parts. Inside, several components are removable for thorough cleaning and some are treated with an antimicrobial substance to resist the growth of bacteria, mildew, and fungus.
Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
