Manitowoc Ice IYT1200W/SPA312 Description
The Manitowoc IYT1200W-261/SPA312 Indigo NXT™ ice machine and dispenser has an icon-based control panel that offers straightforward operation. It can produce 1,138 pounds of ice in a day if ambient air and incoming water temperatures are ideal, but production can be altered to fit a specific time of day or volume in the dispenser. An acoustic probe monitors ice thickness with sound waves, preventing cubes from dropping until they are the right size. Specific components can be removed for cleaning, and parts in the food zone are made with antimicrobial protection to reduce bacteria growth between cleanings.
The dispenser has quick on/off activation and a built-in agitator that keeps ice from bridging or clumping. Spills are prevented with a rocking chute dispense mechanism, and when they do occur, a drain pan collects excess to contain the mess. The Manitowoc IYT1200W-261/SPA312 ice machine and dispenser is constructed of durable stainless steel and has a clear coat over its exterior that protects it from damage.
