Manitowoc Ice IDT1200W/SPA312 Description
Manitowoc Ice IDT1200W-261/SPA312 Indigo NXT™ ice maker with dispenser has a 1,078-pound daily production capacity and can store 180 pounds of ice. It is made for filling large containers, which is perfect for hotels and resorts. Operators can program ice production based on an ideal volume or time the unit is on and off. An acoustical sensing probe measures each batch of ice and checks for a consistent thickness before ice moves into the dispenser. Full-cube ice is great for keeping drinks cool but should not be used to make smoothies since it does not break down as easily as small ice types.
On the touchscreen display, staff members can check the operating status and receive alerts for the ice machine head. Components in the Manitowoc Ice IDT1200W-261/SPA312 ice machine with dispenser are accessible through the ice maker's hinged door, and some of the parts are removable. An antimicrobial agent on the integral parts helps prevent bacteria from growing between cleanings.
