Manitowoc Ice IYP0450W/D400 Description
The Manitowoc IYP0450W-161/D400 Indigo NXT™ ice machine with bin can make 464 pounds of half-dice ice within 24 hours and store 365 pounds. The bin door is foam insulated to retain cold air and has side grips for opening. A latch keeps the door open to make ice easy to scoop with the 5.3-pound capacity scoop. A holder keeps the scoop out of ice to reduce the risk of contamination.
Production is adjustable based on the time of day or volume in the bin. Before releasing ice into the bin, an acoustical probe checks ice thickness with sound waves. This unit has an easyTouch® display with touch icons for simple use, and 24-hour diagnostics run constantly to monitor the unit. The Manitowoc IYP0450W-161/D400 ice maker and bin have a clear coat over stainless steel for protection.
