Manitowoc Ice IYP0300W/D400 Description
For sanitary ice retrieval, the Manitowoc Ice IYP0300W/D400 half-cube ice maker with bin comes with a scoop that holds 5.3 pounds and has a knuckle and thumb guard to prevent employees' hands from contaminating product. The side-hinged door has grips on the side to facilitate opening, and the door can be propped open so employees can access ice within. Insulated with foam, this unit provides dependable storage, and the bin accommodates 365 pounds of ice for use when needed.
This Manitowoc Ice IYP0300W/D400 ice maker with bin has a DuraTech™ exterior that remains free of smudges and is corrosion resistant. The foodzone's components are coated with AlphaSan® to slow the growth of bacteria, and they're removable to facilitate cleaning. This unit is controlled with an icon-based, easyTouch® screen, enabling users to adjust ice production and monitor the system. With a self-contained, water-cooled condenser, this unit produces 260 to 310 pounds of ice daily depending on environmental conditions.
