The Manitowoc Ice IDP0800A/SFA292 Indigo NXT™ commercial ice machine can make 775 pounds of ice a day in ideal conditions and stores 180 pounds of ice in the dispenser, which features a rocking chute mechanism to reduce ice spillage. Its DuraTech™ exterior hides fingerprints for a pristine appearance. Equipped with an icon-based touchscreen display, users can conveniently program the machine based on ice production volume and time, while the Active Sense technology ensures ice is harvested in all environmental conditions.
The Manitowoc Ice IDP0800A/SFA292 full-cube ice maker with dispenser uses an acoustical ice sensing probe to track ice cube thickness, providing a consistent ice cube throughout the day. Because it's air cooled, the maker requires less setup and expense than a water-cooled or remote-based system. To streamline cleaning, the distribution tube, water trough, curtain, and sensing probes are removable and can be wiped down. Designed with 24-hour diagnostics and preventive maintenance, this unit stays in optimal shape for daily use.
