Producing full-cube ice, the Manitowoc Ice IDP0620W-161/SFA192 Indigo NXT™ ice maker with dispenser is ideal for operations that serve many types of drinks. Its large ice cubes melt slowly to prevent beverages from becoming watery, but they do not make drinks cold quickly like half-cube or nugget ice. This ice is measured by an acoustical probe every cycle to ensure consistency in size. In 24 hours, the unit can make 528 pounds, an amount that is programmable based on production time or volume.
On the touchscreen display, menu, service, and energy information for the ice machine head is available for the user’s convenience. This unit's parts can be accessed through its hinged door, which has a swing-out design. Perfect for large containers, the dispensing area accommodates cups as tall as 10.5 inches. It dispenses water and ice and can hold 120 pounds in its storage area. A rocking chute mechanism prevents ice from spilling onto the floor, and a large drain pan catches overflow. Durable enough for high-volume operations, the exterior on this Manitowoc Ice IDP0620W-161/SFA192 ice machine with dispenser is made of stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant clear coat.
