American Range ARSTG-36 Description
The American Range ARSTG-36 countertop griddle features a smooth, polished steel plate that is 1 inch thick, ensuring even heat retention and distribution. The griddle has a 21-inch cooking depth, providing ample space for preparing multiple items at once. It is equipped with three U-shaped aluminized steel burners, each generating 30,000 BTU. These burners are controlled by a modulating thermostat with a standing pilot, allowing precise temperature adjustments from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless steel front, sides, and landing ledge enhance durability, while the 3-inch side and rear splash guards help contain grease and prevent spills. A full-width stainless steel grease trough and a large-capacity grease drawer facilitate easy cleanup. The unit is supported by four adjustable 4-inch legs for stability on countertops.
