The American Range ARSTG-36 countertop griddle features a smooth, polished steel plate that is 1 inch thick, ensuring even heat distribution and temperature retention. Equipped with three U-shaped aluminized steel burners, each producing 30,000 BTU, this griddle delivers a total output of 90,000 BTU. Each 12-inch section is controlled by a modulating thermostat with a standing pilot, allowing for precise heat adjustments from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless steel front, sides, and landing ledge enhance durability, while the 3-inch side and rear splash guards help maintain cleanliness. A full-width stainless steel grease trough and a large-capacity grease drawer simplify cleanup. This griddle is supported by four adjustable 4-inch legs for countertop stability.
