Controlled by manual knobs, the American Range AR-6B-24RG NG stainless steel restaurant range features two 26 1⁄2-inch porcelain-enameled ovens and four racks for multi-level baking from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. An automatic shutoff halts operation in unsafe conditions, and a 20-inch riser and drip pan capture debris to simplify cleanup. For concentrated output, six cast iron burners produce 32,000 BTU, while a 24-inch raised griddle with a 3⁄4-inch-thick plate and broiler expand cooking techniques. Measuring 60 inches wide by 32 1⁄2 inches deep by 56 inches high, this natural gas unit balances on 6-inch adjustable legs for steady positioning.
