Lang R30S-ATAM Description

Made specifically for cruise ships, workboats, and other marine vessels, the Lang R30S-ATAM electric range has a 430 stainless steel exterior that protects against damage in highly corrosive areas with salt air. It also has sea rails around the 8-inch French plates to keep pots in place in rough waters. With the front-mounted grab bar, employees have a place to grip if the seas are rough. On some vessels, equipment has to be passed through watertight hatches, so this range can be broken down into two smaller pieces, and so they can be bolted to the floor, its feet are flanged.

Measuring 30 inches wide, the Lang R30S-ATAM marine range has four elements on the stovetop. These French plates are much hotter in the center with a lower-temperature outside for simmering, and the base has a standard oven with one rack that is adjustable in three different positions. Using a solid-state thermostat, the oven temperature is adjustable, and it has a 1-hour timer.
