With a convection oven chamber base and an electric griddle top, the Lang R30C-APF electric range can be a valuable addition to locations working with limited amounts of kitchen space. The griddle top measures ³/₄-inches-thick, can resist heat-related warping, and can maintain set temperatures for prolonged use. To keep the surrounding cooking area clean, this unit has a one-piece splash guard that spans along the back and on both sides. To streamline cleaning between shifts, the cooktop is equipped with a 2³/₄-inch front grease trough, a grease drain, and spillage drawers.

The convection oven base of the Lang R30C-APF electric range has a 430 stainless steel exterior and interior to ensure it can withstand persistent use in a high-volume food-prep area. The cooking chamber is accessed through a right-hinged door with a double-pane tempered glass window. This door has a magnetic closure to establish a tight seal. The interior is fitted with five chrome-plated oven racks that can be adjusted between nine possible rack positions. To program temperatures between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, operators must use the solid-state thermostatic controls, and to provide maneuverability around a kitchen space, this unit sits atop four casters.
