Lang 272T Description
Geared for high-volume use, the Lang 272T LG Series gas countertop griddle has a 72-inch-wide by 23-inch-deep cooking surface that features six cooking zones—all independently controlled by separate 27,000-BTU burners. Snap-action thermostats heat the burners from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit's 1-inch-thick, polished steel griddle plate won't warp from constant reheating. To ensure quick turnaround times, internal sensors are integrated 0.19-inch from the surface of the plate for proper monitoring.
The Lang 272T commercial griddle is made of stainless steel to combat daily wear and corrosion in bustling, humid kitchen environments. It's designed to fit on a countertop, and it's lifted by legs that adjust from 1.38 inches to 4 inches to meet changing spatial needs. Rear and side splash guards tower above the griddle plate to contain popping oil, which helps the operator scrape leftover runoff into the grease trough to funnel into the two grease drawers.
