Lang 272T Description
Engineered for countertop use, the Lang 272T LG Series gas griddle is lifted by legs that adjust from 1.38 inches to 4 inches to accommodate spacing. Good for cleaning hard-to-reach areas underneath the unit and preventing damaging heat transfer to the countertop, the lifted structure won't interfere with overhead storage because it has a 72.1-inch-wide by 31.6-inch-deep by 20.2-inch-high frame. It's constructed of stainless steel to defend against corrosion in humid environments and provide resiliency against common wear. Because of the built-in 5.5-inch-tall rear and side splash guards, nearby surfaces are protected from hot oil. The grease removal process is simplified as contained grease can be scraped into the grease trough and collected in two grease drawers.
The Lang 272T commercial griddle can simultaneously cook multiple foods on the same surface. Its 72-inch-wide by 23-inch-deep cooking surface has separate burners for each 12-inch section. Users can set the thermostatic controls from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for desired results, and the 1-inch-thick steel, polished griddle plate won't crack with constant reheating. Inside the griddle plate, sensors improve heating and recovery times to ensure fast results.
