Southbend TVGS/22SC Description
The Southbend TVGS/22SC TruVection convection oven has two baking cavities with low-profile designs, and this construction fits in spaces with low hood vents but reduces interior pan capacity. These cavities have standard depths, holding pans side to side but not front to back. Because the interiors are made of porcelain enamel, they're nonstick and streamline cleaning. Coved corners in the chambers eliminate crevices that could trap debris and harbor bacteria.
Two-speed fans move heat around the baking chambers in this Southbend TVGS/22SC double full-size convection oven, speeding up the cooking process while eliminating hot spots. The temperature is adjustable with a thermostat; it has a range from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. For tracking the baking process, the oven has a 60-minute mechanical timer.
