Southbend PCHG60S/S Description
With a porcelain interior and coved corners, the Southbend PCHG60S/S Platinum double half-size convection oven is quick to clean and inhibits food particles from getting trapped. Its stainless steel construction retains heat, and each door has a window that eases food monitoring. This unit has 11 rack positions for five wire racks and resists overheating as the racks don’t obstruct airflow, and the two-speed fans promote air circulation.
Each deck of the Southbend PCHG60S/S convection oven produces heat through its jet stream burners and solid-state thermostatic controls. This unit has a temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven’s side-mounted control panel operates the power, cool-down mode, and 60-minute timer, and overall, this unit measures 30 inches wide by 2913/20 inches deep by 64 inches high.
