Southbend PCHG30S/S Description
Measuring 33 inches high, the Southbend PCHG30S/S Platinum single half-size convection oven’s exterior is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The interior of the cabinet is made of porcelain for durability, and the corners are coved to simplify cleaning out food debris. Five plated oven racks come with this unit and can be fixed on the 11 different position guides. The oven’s glass window allows staff to check on products without opening the door.
The Southbend PCHG30S/S convection oven has solid-state controls for simple servicing, and operators can adjust the fan speed, temperature settings, and timer duration with the side-mounted control panel. Powered by natural gas and jet stream burners, this unit reaches temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Its two-speed fan ensures heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet.
