The Southbend PCG50S/SD full size convection oven is a single-deck unit designed to cook pastries with the help of its two-speed fan. It's made of durable stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion, and it sits on stainless steel legs. For maintenance and repairs, the oven’s manual control panel can be slid out of place.
The Southbend PCG50S/SD full-size convection oven comes with 5 plated oven racks that can be rearranged as needed depending on the contents being cooked. The oven’s interior is porcelain with coved corners that don’t collect crumbs and debris, facilitating simple cleaning. The oven interior measures 29 inches wide by 21 1⁄2 inches deep by 20 inches high. The exterior of the LP-gas unit measures 38 inches wide by 37 1⁄4 inches deep, and 57 1⁄2 inches high.
