Southbend PCG140S/SD Description
The Southbend PCG140S/SD full-size convection oven is a large stainless steel unit made to resist rust and corrosion for an extended service life. The full unit measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 663/4 inches high, and it's two-level design supports high production and features separate controls per oven. Each of the two control panels can be slid out for maintenance.
The Southbend PCG140S/SD double-deck convection oven features two dependent glass doors per chamber and interior lighting for visual monitoring. For user comfort and safety, the doors each have stay-cool, heavy-duty handles in addition to a dual-seal system that effectively traps heat and steam. The oven interiors are porcelain for a simple to clean surface, and each measures 29 inches wide by 211/2 inches deep by 20 inches high.
