Southbend PCG140B/SD Description
The Southbend PCG140S/SD full-size convection oven is a double-deck unit that can be used to maximize output without taking up extra space. It's made of durable stainless steel for rust and corrosion resistance and is designed to run on natural gas. This double unit measures 38 inches wide by 43 1⁄2 inches deep by 66 3⁄4 inches high.
The Southbend PCG140S/SD full-size convection oven’s two separate ovens each come with five plated oven racks that can be rearranged as needed. Each oven is lined with porcelain and features coved corners that prevent crumbs, debris, and grime from getting stuck in hard-to-reach places. The interior cavities measure 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. The ovens are accessed via dependent glass doors with stay-cool, heavy-duty handles.
