Southbend PCG100S/SD Description
The Southbend PCG100S/SD full-size convection oven is powered by LP gas and made of stainless steel for durability and longevity. The stacked design enables high production to keep up with high volume, as each oven measures 29 inches wide by 21 1⁄2 inches deep by 20 inches high. For quick and efficient cleaning after use, each interior is lined with porcelain and features coved corners.
The Southbend PCG100S/SD full-size convection oven’s interiors have two dependent glass doors each and interior lights for visibility. The doors are fitted with stay-cool, heavy-duty handles, and each oven has five plated oven racks that can be adjusted as needed. The control panels on each oven are manual and can be slid out for maintenance. The full unit measures 38 inches wide by 37 1⁄4 inches deep by 66 3⁄4 inches high.
