Southbend PCE15B/TD-V Description
The Southbend PCE15B/TD-V full-size unit is ventless because of its catalyst design. Its rear-mounted elements produce heat inside the cavity, while the two-speed fan evenly distribute it inside the compartment. The temperature controller is adjustable between 150 and 500 degrees with a holding range between 140 and 200 degrees. This unit has an overheat precaution that can be manually preset. There are three possible modes of operation: manual, recipe, and rack mode. For maintenance or service when needed, the control panel slides out 17 inches.
The porcelain interior of the Southbend PCE15B/TD-V bakery-depth oven measures 29 inches wide. This unit has five plated wire shelves with 11-position guide racks per cavity. The exterior front, top, sides, and rear jacket are made of durable stainless steel that resists corrosion over time. The body is constructed with two dependent doors with energy-saving panels and cool-to-the-touch heavy-duty handles, and the dual-door system effectively retains heat.
