For compact refrigerated storage, the Migali C-U48R-HC undercounter refrigerator provides 12 cubic feet of interior capacity in a two-section cabinet. It’s equipped with two solid doors that provide separate access to stored products. Its four preinstalled shelves divide the interior into multiple storage levels, helping staff arrange chilled ingredients and supplies by type.
For consistent cooling, the Migali C-U48R-HC undercounter refrigerator uses a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with forced-air circulation. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The digital controller and readout give staff a direct way to monitor cabinet conditions and adjust the temperature setting during routine operation.
