The Migali C-CB52-60-HC Competitor Series® chef base provides 10.4 cubic feet of refrigerated storage within a 60 1⁄2-inch-wide cabinet. For organized ingredient storage, its two drawers accommodate 18 sixth-size pans. Each drawer accepts pans as deep as 4 inches, providing space for different ingredient quantities while keeping refrigerated products accessible beneath countertop equipment during food preparation.
For durable construction, the Migali C-CB52-60-HC chef base has a stainless steel top, exterior, and interior. Its 717-pound top capacity supports countertop equipment above the refrigerated cabinet. Removable corner guards border the top surface, and the single-section design concentrates refrigerated storage beneath the work area.
