Migali C-CB48-HC Description
This Migali C-CB48-HC chef base has two drawers that accommodate a total of 15 sixth-size food pans, creating a better workflow for kitchen staff. The unit's interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, including the heavy-duty top. Four 6-inch casters enable the unit to be pushed around a kitchen, and brakes ensure the unit is stationary when necessary.
The Migali C-CB48-HC chef base's refrigeration system is self-contained and side mounted. It maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
