The XpressChef MXP22TLT high-speed microwave convection oven is extremely versatile, as it has four cooking stages, 11 power levels, and 360 memory settings. These settings can be viewed and adjusted with a 7-inch touchscreen control pad that provides a readout in as many as 25 languages. To further eliminate confusion, the touchscreen's menu selection includes photos to bypass any language or regional barriers a chef might face.
To streamline cleaning in the XpressChef MXP22TLT countertop microwave convection oven, the interior is made of nonstick material to ensure food particles and debris won't cake inside the unit. Protecting users, the infrared burners are guarded with porcelain covers. The interior and exterior of this unit are made of stainless steel—a durable material that will withstand years of high-volume use without rusting or denting.
