Merrychef eikon E4S Description
The Merrychef E4S eikon™ high-speed convection oven operates at temperatures from 212 to 527 degrees Fahrenheit. Its Rapid Cooking Technology® incorporates convection, microwave, and impingement heating. The unit heats its cavity evenly by pulling air in through the air diffuser, heating it, and returning it to the cavity through catalyst and impinger plates. This even heat pattern produces crisp food every cook cycle.
The easyToUCH™ control system provides consistent results with six-stage programming. A USB port in the Merrychef E4S high-speed convection oven enables the operator to upload and download 1,024 cooking programs. Built-in diagnostics support service work, while the safety system monitors the unit and detects overheating risks.
