Town SM-36-L-STD-P Description
The Town SM-36-L-STD-P commercial smoker oven has a thermostat configurable between 125 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, adjustable to fit whatever product is being smoked. Various items can be cooked in this oven, such as barbecued ribs, cheese, and poultry. Tubular burners provide the cabinet's cooking power and ensure food gets all the heat it needs.
This Town SM-36-L-STD-P meat smoker oven has a control valve made of solid brass to reduce potential corrosion from gas flow into the oven. The cabinet's galvanized exterior is resilient and built to withstand the rigors of commercial kitchens. To insulate the cabinet and decrease heat loss, the oven is lined with an inch of fiberglass insulation.
