The Town SM-36-L-STD-P meat smoker oven's thermostat can be set anywhere from 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, which is a wide range for users to prepare various menu items. This oven can smoke ribs, ham, cheese, and more, while the cabinet's tubular burners deliver heat and cook product to the level chefs desire.
This Town SM-36-L-STD-P commercial smoker oven's control valve is solid brass for use with gas equipment, because it doesn't corrode easily from extended use. The smoker's galvanized exterior is strong and withstands frequent use in a commercial environment. An inch of fiberglass insulation lines the cabinet, locking in heat and reducing chamber thermal loss.
