The Town SM-24-L-STD-N commercial smokehouse oven is constructed of a galvanized steel exterior and aluminized steel interior, insulated with 1 inch of fiberglass to retain heat. Designed for versatility, this unit operates at a temperature range of 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and includes thermostatic controls. With two cooking levels, it features six stainless steel skewers and a left-hinged solid flush-mounted door reinforced with a steel frame and two swivel latches for secure closure.
The Town SM-24-L-STD-N smokehouse oven is equipped with three aluminized steel tubular burners delivering consistent heat and includes a removable perforated top panel for enhanced airflow. Its 4-inch top-mounted flue directs smoke and heat efficiently, while aluminized steel drip shields and a reinforced drip pan with a 3⁄16-inch steel baffle aid in cleanliness. The oven is supported by 73⁄4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs for stability and includes a pressure regulator for safe operation.
